Dr. Rastogi grew up in Prince George's county and attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School. He went on to complete his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia in 1994. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the first dental school in the world, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery at University of Maryland. Since completing further training in dentistry at the VA Hospital in Miami, Florida in 2000, Dr. Rastogi has been working as a General Dentist in Maryland. In October of 2001, he acquired a small practice and the Family Dentistry of Upper Marlboro dental clinic officially came into existence. Since then the practice has been steadily growing under Dr. Rastogi's guidance.
